Catalyst Volunteer Application

After we review your information, we will reach out within a week to set up a 15-minute introductory call to learn more about your interests and determine the best fit for you and the project goals of Catalyst. 

Confirmed volunteers will need to complete a background check and an Expectations Agreement to ensure that we create a mutually beneficial experience. We look forward to providing you with a meaningful volunteer and professional development opportunity and for our middle school students to learn from your STEM expertise.

App Creators - Students use computer science as a means of computationally analyzing and developing solutions to authentic problems through mobile app development.

Automation & Robotics - Students trace the history and influence of automation and robotics as they learn about mechanical systems, energy transfer, machine automation, and computer control systems.

Computer Science for Innovators & Makers - Students learn about programming for the physical world by blending hardware design and software development.
